From encounter to collaboration

At a trade show where Choup's was present, ADECCO Intérim's marketing manager was seduced by the company's mobile structures. ADECCO, strengthened by its partnership with the Tour de France 2024 and other major sporting events such as the 24h of Le Mans and Roland-Garros, was looking for a mobile platform to ensure their presence at these various events.

With a view to raising brand visibility, entertaining visitors and recruiting new temporary talent, the two companies joined forces to create a tailor-made ShowOffice, entirely in ADECCO's colors.

Versatile and compact, this vehicle would enable the temp agency to have an autonomous presence throughout the Tour de France route and at their other key events.

A modular vehicle

Choup's designed a ShowOffice, a 16m² B driving licence truck that can be easily deployed in 15 minutes, offering visitors an immersive experience. The interior space, entirely customized in ADECCO's colors, included :

  • A reception and entertainment area with a “wheel of fortune”.
  • An office area equipped for recruitment interviews
  • A lounge area with furniture and air-conditioning

Outside, a relaxation area with deckchairs and parasols allowed candidates to enjoy the sunshine during the stages of the Tour de France.

Customer team in the field, totally autonomous

Choup's took care to make the use of ShowOffice as autonomous as possible for ADECCO. Deployment required just one operator, who could install the entire structure in just 20 minutes.

This ease of use enabled the ADECCO team to manage the vehicle themselves throughout the tour, without needing assistance from Choup's. The customer appreciated the time and efficiency saved.

Success on all fronts

Thanks to this customized solution, ADECCO was able to significantly increase its visibility and impact at major sporting events such as the 24h of Le Mans and the Tour de France. By getting closer to its target audience in an immersive environment, the brand reinforced its reputation and attractiveness as an employer, offering an engaging and memorable experience.

In addition to the on-site animation, the ShowOffice was also presented to the management of ADECCO's various departments. A way for the temporary employment agency to promote its partnership with these major sporting events and reinforce its recruitment strategy.

A lasting partnership

On the strength of this initial success, ADECCO is now looking to extend the deployment of ShowOffice Choup's to more events. This mobile solution, combined with autonomous management, has proved to be a major asset in ensuring an efficient and cost-effective presence in the field.
