A unique opportunity for Sunward
The Sunward brand, specialized in cranes and aerial work platforms, wanted to offer its exclusive distributor for Wallonia, BTP Solutions, a high-end marketing tool. The aim was to give the brand a premium image and support the distributor's activities during an open house weekend.
Sunward called on Choup's to deploy a ShowRoom XL on the BTP Solutions site. This first outing for the new Choup's concept was an ideal opportunity for the brand to strengthen its presence in the Belgian market.
An immersive environment designed for exchange
This was the first outing for Choup's ShowRoom XL, which featured 65m² of exhibition space, complemented by a 30m² rooftop terrace. This modular, flexible space was designed to offer visitors an immersive experience.
The space was divided into four strategic zones:
- An “office” zone for professional discussions
- An “expo” area featuring a 1-ton mini-excavator
- A cosy, convivial lounge area
- A rooftop terrace offering an all-round view

Meticulous staging
Choup's created a premium, engaging atmosphere to enhance the Sunward brand image. Ambient lighting, a site-wide sound system and screens broadcasting a loop of images helped immerse visitors in the brand's world.
Particular attention was paid to accessibility and safety, notably for the presentation of the various cranes and vehicles, some of which could not be freely accessed.

A unifying event
Thanks to the ShowRoom XL, over a hundred participants, including Sunward Europe and BTP Solutions teams, were able to enjoy a unique immersive experience.
The intelligent layout of the ShowRoom, with its different dedicated zones and rooftop terrace, created an environment conducive to exchanges, offering an overview of the brand's products, while facilitating professional discussions in a convivial setting.
This immersive, premium approach reinforced Sunward's brand image by projecting its values of quality and innovation. A few days after the event, recognition came from the Sunward group itself: Choup's ShowRoom XL was awarded “Best Marketing Device 2024” at their international convention in China, highlighting its exceptional marketing impact. At the same time, BTP Solutions was hailed for its success as “Best European Salesperson”, a distinction that highlights the effectiveness of the device and its influence on the brand's sales performance.
A resounding success
The ShowRoom XL immediately won over visitors, projecting a high-end image thanks to its meticulous design: elegant layout, unique rooftop terrace, immersive lighting and dynamic screens. This exclusive environment consolidated Sunward's image as a benchmark brand, offering a captivating, premium experience.
The ShowRoom XL fulfilled all its objectives, even becoming a showcase for the Sunward brand:
- Reinforcement of Sunward's premium image in Europe
- Concrete support for the activities of distributor BTP Solutions
- Creation of a commercial dynamic with numerous sales, including a 22-tonne crane
- Awarded “Best Marketing Device 2024” at Sunward's international convention

An infinitely deployable device
This initial success has paved the way for further collaborations, with requests to deploy the ShowRoom XL at other major events in Europe. A resounding success that demonstrates Choup's ability to create memorable, high-performance marketing experiences.
