A test experiment to validate the system

RECA, Europe's leading manufacturer of professional tools, was planning to roll out more ambitious sales tours on a European scale. Rather than simply welcoming customers in its showrooms, RECA now wanted to meet them directly at their place of work. The aim was to create a mobile, immersive experience that would enable customers to be better trained, discover new solutions and discuss pricing and field requirements.

Before embarking on this large-scale deployment, RECA decided to test this new mobile experience concept with importer Hilaire Vanderhaeghe. The challenge was to move away from the traditional showroom presentation to offer a memorable experience that could touch all levels of the company, from management to technical teams.

A discovery tour to learn more about RECA programs

Choup's took up this challenge by deploying its new ShowRoom XXL, a 190m² mobile space comprising 130m² of exhibition space and a 60m² rooftop terrace.

The layout was meticulously designed to create a natural flow guiding visitors through each RECA program. Like a voyage of discovery, the spaces follow one another in a fluid, logical sequence:

  • Un espace salon favorisant les échanges approfondis
  • Une zone d'exposition permettant la démonstration concrète des solutions
  • Des espaces isolés pour les discussions commerciales confidentielles
  • Une terrasse rooftop offrant un cadre décontracté pour poursuivre les échanges

  1. Express execution

    In just 12 days, Choup's turned this ambitious project into reality. On D-day, two operators deployed the entire structure in 2.5 hours, creating a turnkey showroom directly on the customer's site.

    This logistical agility, combined with a thoughtful layout, enabled RECA to present its three flagship programs - I Storage, Full-Service and Max-Mobile - in an optimal environment.

  2. Impact and results

    The proximity created by this unique space facilitated exchanges between all hierarchical levels. In fact, this experience enabled Hilaire Vanderhaeghe and RECA to meet and launch a new collaboration, breaking the ice between them.

    The 14 participants from Hilaire Vanderhaeghe and the 4 RECA representatives far exceeded the time initially planned on site, all keen to discuss and test the programs present.

More concretely, this operation resulted in :

  • Immediate scheduling of new meetings between the two companies
  • Planning of future RECA tours
  • Inspiration for the design of RECA's fixed showrooms

By promoting each of its customers in this way, RECA affirms its position as a leader who takes the time to meet them with concrete, pragmatic solutions. This initiative is designed to strengthen the bonds of trust and consolidate RECA's lead in the professional tool market.
